RMA Process

In the event that you want to send in a device for repair or a software error, please proceed as follows:

1. Download the relevant form from our website.
2. Fill out the form - what is most important is the description of the error that occurs.
3. Send the completed form to the following email address:
4. We will contact you and give you an RMA number.
5. Please complete this on the RMA form and send it together with the defective device to the address given on the form.

Please note that a repair request cannot be processed without a completed form.
