In case you want to send a unit in for repair, please go we follow these steps:
1. Download the RMA form from our website.
2. Fill out the form - important is the description of the error occurring.
3. Send the completed form to the following email address:
4. We will contact you and inform you a RMA number.
5. Complete this the form with the recieved RMA number and send it together with the defective unit to the address indicated on the form.
Please note that without a completed RMA form a repair request can not be processed.
